EDUCATION PROGRAMS

At JCHS, education is central to our mission.  Each year we offer a wide variety programs for adults and children including lectures, hands-on workshops and crafts, summer camps and tours.  We also provide unique experiences for teachers and students with our award winning Be a Guest of the Past program. JCHS may be able to develop a program or tour for your group.  For more information on Be a Guest of the Past, other education programs, or to schedule a tour contact the Education and Outreach Coordinator or call (319) 351-5738.

Cub Scouts:  A trip to the JCHS Museum or one of our sites may help you fulfill badge requirements!  Check out this list for a few ideas.
